The Marcab system removes foul air using the time proven Iron Sponge technology. Iron Sponge is a woodchip impregnated with hydrated ferric oxide which reacts with hydrogen sulfide to form ferric sulfide and water, thus removing the hydrogen sulfide from the foul air stream.
